### Perishable Goods Cancellation Policy Because our cakes are baked fresh to order and our floral stems are cut live on the morning of delivery, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once preparation has begun in our bakery kitchen. ### Transit & Quality Guarantee If an item arrives damaged or compromised during doorstep transit, please notify our team within 2 hours of delivery with photographic proof. We provide an immediate fresh replacement or 100% store credit.
